After over a decade building AI companies and use cases, Tom ran for public office and realized how undeveloped the technology tools for candidates were and started Victory Waves. Tom is also an Adjunct Professor at Southern Connecticut State University where he helps undergraduates and adults get jobs and advance professionally, utilizing AI. Tom is passionate about workforce development and is a trained jazz pianist, fluent in 5 languages, including Sanskrit.

Steve is an accomplished attorney, having worked at the SEC and the law firm Millibank, as well as serving as Chief Counsel at Toys R' Us. Steve has also been active in politics for over 3 decades, serving as campaign manager and Counsel for State Senator James Sanders and New York City Councilor Barry Grodenchik.

A graduate of Colorado University, Emily is an award-winning transmedia artist, with more than 15 years of campaign management and consulting experience.
