After over a decade building AI companies and use cases, Tom ran for public office and realized how undeveloped the technology tools for candidates were and started Victory Waves. Tom is also an Adjunct Professor at Southern Connecticut State University where he helps undergraduates and adults get jobs and advance professionally, utilizing AI. Tom is passionate about workforce development and is a trained jazz pianist, fluent in 5 languages, including Sanskrit.
